Shipping Info + Return Policy
We try our best to process orders within 24 hours of when your order is placed but it may take up to 3 days. Orders are shipped out Monday through Saturday with USPS. Domestic shipping usually takes 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.
Once you place an order we are unable to change any details so please double check that your shipping address and payment information is correct before placing an order. If there are any errors with your order please reach out to email@example.com and we will try to accommodate your needs.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. We can not exchange items. If you would like to exchange a(n) item(s), please return your item(s) first and then purchase what you would like to replace your return with. Customers are responsible for associated shipping costs!
Please note the following:
- All items must be new and unwashed with tags
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded
- Shipping costs for returns are not covered unless product is defective
Once we receive your return it will be inspected to make sure that it meets the policies above. Once approved, credit will be applied to your original form of payment. Please allow 4-7 days after arrival for return to be processed.
- Email Support@thepawfectmatchshop.com with your order number and the word "return" in the subject line. Let us know which items you would like to return and the reason for returning them.
- Package the items you wish to return and include the packing slip. If you no longer have it please print out your order summary from your email and include that instead.
